We have developed our purpose-built Separation Solution Package to assist you from beginning to end, at a fixed price point. With access to the Splitsville Course, coaching sessions and a binding legal document, this package empowers you to resolve your matter without extensive legal intervention. 

Not all people end up in ugly and costly battles with their former partner because they started with poor intentions. When people are unaware of the legal process and potential issues that can arise when they make decisions or agreements with their former partner, a well-intentioned separation can easily turn sour.

An online course that walks you through each step of the process and what to expect. This course also provides advice on how to help you personally and what to avoid based on our years of experience working with separating families. 

It is a comprehensive course with 18 lessons for you to view and reflect on when you wish. There are also many supporting resources for you to access. 

A Binding Legal Document

Online DIY documents- for you to create. 

Either: 

  • Parenting &/or Financial consent orders;or 

  • Parenting Plan &/or Property consent order
Once you have completed these forms, our lawyers will review these for you as part of this process for peace of mind. 

 

Up to 2 Coaching Sessions

Access to 2 coaching sessions + Documentation review- an initial session to get you started, the document review process and then a final coaching session upon completion.

The Separation Solution Package by Amicably was created after 20 years of working in Family Law. During that time we have helped hundreds of families navigate separation and divorce in a way that has helped many of them stay out of court and remain friends. 

The Separation Solution Package by Amicably provides you with education and a knowledge hub so you can be completely aware of all the steps involved in navigating the process. It also includes documentation for you to develop a Parenting Plan and/or Financial Agreement that will be reviewed by one of our specialist family lawyers.
